Dr. Blessing Udeh, the Director of Institute of Caregiving Education, Godfrey Okoye University, Enugu
The Institute of Caregiving Education, Godfrey Okoye University, Enugu, has successfully conducted a traffic control exercise on November 10, 2025, at Abakpa Junction, an area often congested with traffic.
The university carried out community service through the institute, in addition to teaching and research, to reflect its dedication to giving back to the community.
Dr Blessing Udeh, the director of the institute, said in addition to clearing traffic, the exercise served as an awareness for the institute’s upcoming programme named ‘Kick Off Slump and Die.’
Udeh mentioned that the programme will focus on free vital checks and improving public health in Enugu.
The director appreciated the university’s vice chancellor, staff, and students for their support of the institute.
