Government Science College, Kagara, Niger State, once a renowned institution that produced many champions, is now in a state of decline.
The school, which became popular after a Boko Haram attack in 2021, has since been abandoned. What used to be a lively place for learning is now filled with broken buildings and almost empty classrooms.

People in the community say it is painful to see a school that once stood for excellence now reduced to ruins, serving as a sad reminder of how insecurity is affecting the future of young Nigerians.
