Kila Becomes Pro-Chancellor

Prof. Anthony Kila has emerged as the Pro-Chancellor of The Michael & Cecilia Ibru University (MCIU).

The Pro-Chancellor’s appointment was announced in August in a letter signed by Dr Cecilia Ibru, Dr T. Kolo, and Jean Monnet, the university’s visitor, registrar, and a political economist, respectively.  Responding to the appointment, Kila appreciated the MCIU governing council and declared his readiness to work with the vice chancellor, stakeholders, and academic community.

He added, “At MCIU, we have the honour and responsibility of shaping the next generation of leaders — individuals who will drive positive transformation, not only within Nigeria but across the world.”
