Abubakar Kabir-Bichi, lawmaker representing Bichi Federal Constituency, has paid the tuition fees of 121 students from Bichi Local Government Area. The beneficiaries are those studying for their Master’s and Doctorate Degree Programmes.
Addressing those present at the disbursement ceremony in Kano on Sunday, July 27, 2025, Kabir-Bichi, who is also the Chairman of the House Committee on Appropriation, expressed his desire to offer continued support to the less privileged in his constituency. He added that education can aid development and prevent social ills, urging other Nigerians to collaborate to promote education and scholarship for human capital development.
