NASS Member, Adefarati, Donates New Ambulance, 50 Laptops, Others To AAUA
Hon. Adegboyega Adefarati, a member of the National Assembly, has donated a new ambulance, 50 laptops, and ₦50,000 bursary each to 1,000 students of the Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko, Ondo State, as he marks his 60th birthday.
Prof. Olugenga Ige, the Vice-Chancellor, the student union leaders, and the dean of postgraduate studies received the items from the lawmaker and expressed their appreciation for his donation.
The Vice-Chancellor also applauded Adefarati for donating a borehole to the university, describing it as a commendable act and the first of its kind in the university’s history.
The student union leaders also appreciated the lawmaker for the donation, applauding him for representing the Akoko Southwest/Akoko Southeast Local Government well and for ensuring that 50 people were employed.
