The NEPLSeplat Energy Joint Venture has onboarded 650 teachers and Chief Inspectors of Education (CIE) in Edo and Delta States. Both organisations collaborated to do this as part of the 2025 Seplat Teachers Empowerment Programme (STEP).
At the two-day onboarding workshop held in Benin City, the teachers and CIE were prepared ahead of their four–month virtual training and mentorship to get Microsoft certification. Chioma Afe, Director of External Affairs & Social Performance at Seplat Energy, welcomed the new participants and encouraged them to take the training seriously and improve themselves for their sake and society.
