Newly Installed Tol Hoba Visits Baze University Founder

The newly installed Tol Hoba of Hong in Adamawa State, His Royal Highness Barrister Aheri Bulus Nyako, paid a courtesy visit to the Chancellor and Founder of Baze University, Senator Yusuf Datti-Baba Ahmed.

HRH Nyako, who assumed the traditional throne in February 2025, previously served as a Senior Lecturer in Baze University’s Faculty of Law, where he earned a reputation for dedication to legal education and mentorship.

Senator Datti-Baba Ahmed welcomed the royal visitor, praising his smooth transition into traditional leadership and expressing hope that his new role would promote education, justice, and cultural preservation within the Tol Hoba Chiefdom and beyond.

The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Jamila Shu’ara, alongside other principal officers of the University, joined the Chancellor in receiving the royal father, celebrating his continued contributions to both the legal profession and the wider community.
