NIM, Anambra Polytechnic Team Up for Progress

The Anambra State Polytechnic, Mgbakwu, played host to a high-profile delegation from the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) on a courtesy visit

The Anambra State Polytechnic, Mgbakwu, is set to partner with the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) in the areas of education and career development.

This was revealed when the NIM team, led by Awka Branch Chairman Don Mmoneke Martins, recently visited the polytechnic campus in Mgbakwu. The team was received by the Acting Rector, Dr Njideka Chiekezie, and members of the school’s NIM group.

The visit, which took place on July 10, focused on enhancing leadership training and equipping students with strong management skills. Dr Chiekezie said the school is committed to training students who are both academically bright and gifted, and prepared for the real world. She described the partnership with NIM as key to bridging the gap between classroom learning and workplace demands.

Also present was Rotarian Oji Chukwuemeka Donoji, an education advocate and entrepreneur, who praised the school for investing in the future of young Nigerians. Both NIM and the Polytechnic promised to continue working together to raise education standards in the state.
