Prof. Shehu Usman Adamu and Prof. Christine Ofulue have been appointed as the new Deputy Vice Chancellors (DVCs) for Administration and Technology, Innovation and Research, respectively, of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN).
Both DVCs will serve for a tenure of two years, working with the vice chancellor of the institution.
In a letter, Mr Oladipo A. Ajayi, the Registrar and the Governing Council Chairman, expressed that Adamu will oversee day-to-day administration and lead in achieving the institution’s goals through “administrative governance and institutional management.”
On the other hand, Ofolue will provide leadership in meeting the university’s goals through technology, innovation, and research.
