Dr Titus Ezeme, the Provost of the Federal College of Education, Ofeme, Abia State, has called on the public to assist the government in its effort to provide colleges of education with the necessary resources to produce competent teachers.
The provost appealed on Monday, July 28, 2025, while presenting the books donated by Mr S.K. Nwokoye, a former lecturer at the Federal College of Education (Technical), Umunze, to the college library. He expressed, “With quality, well-trained teachers, the academic future of our children will be guaranteed.” While he appreciated Nwokoye for the book donation, he also thanked the Federal Government and Governor Alex Otti for establishing the college.
