Mr. Satiregun, the Founder/Rector of International College of Administration Science and Technology, Auta Balefi, Nasarawa State, has been convicted and jailed by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC).
Honourable Justice Anyalewa Onoja-Alapa of the Federal High Court, Lafia, Nasarawa State, sentenced Satiregun to a 7-year jail term without the option of a fine for running fake degree courses. In her ruling, Onoja-Alapa directed that all fees collected from the students enrolled in the fake course be refunded. She added that the institution should only focus on its four accredited courses.
