Summit University, Offa, Kwara State, commissions three landmark facilities by Prince Mosediq Adeniji Kazeem
Summit University, Offa, Kwara State, marked a historic milestone with the commissioning of three landmark facilities by Prince Mosediq Adeniji Kazeem (SAN, FCArb), Visitor to the University.
The facilities include: the Kola Balogun College of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Engineering, the Isiaq Family Foundation Accounting Technology Laboratory, and the ICT Laboratory supported by NITDA.
These facilities transform the university into a hub for innovation, inclusive learning, and industry-aligned training. STEM Bachelor’s and Postgraduate programmes are expanding, providing students, particularly from underserved communities, with hands-on, market-ready skills. Artificial Intelligence and digital technologies are now accessible, moving beyond theory to practical application.
The initiative has also boosted female participation in STEM, narrowing the gender gap and improving graduate employability. Research infrastructure enhancements allow students and faculty to engage in deeper exploration of emerging technologies, while professional development opportunities support lifelong learning.
