POCACOV Seeks Collective Effort against Student Vices
The Police Campaign Against Cultism and Other Vices (POCACOV) has raised concern over a viral video allegedly showing students of Excel College, Ejigbo, Lagos, smoking and consuming alcohol in a dormitory. In a statement, the National Coordinator, ACP Olabisi Okuwobi, described the incident as part of a broader trend of youth misconduct across schools in
