The University of Lagos (UNILAG) has celebrated the retirement of five professors in August. Prof. Folasade Ogunsola, OON, FAS, congratulated each professor for their service to the university.
The professors, Christopher Bode, Austin Otegbulu, Olusoji George, Emmanuel Ajibola Jeje, and Olajide Ayinla Olawale appreciated the institution’s senate and community for the opportunity to serve. In addition, they provided the university with valuable insights to progress. Bode, like other professors, began his career as a lecturer in the Department of Surgery, College of Medicine, University of Lagos (CMUL) in 1992, and later became a professor of surgery in 2010.
