Bingham University, Karu, recently hosted a team from the National Universities Commission (NUC) for a re-accreditation visit of its Radiography and Computer Science programmes.
The visit formed part of the University’s ongoing commitment to maintaining high standards in teaching and research while expanding its academic offerings.
Leading the assessments, Professors Charles Eze and Adesina Sodiya explained that the exercise involved peer review and quality evaluation. They commended the University’s management for its preparedness, robust infrastructure, and the conducive learning environment provided for both students and staff.
Responding, Vice-Chancellor Professor Haruna Kuje Ayuba welcomed the officials and expressed gratitude to the NUC for its continuous support of Nigerian universities. He reiterated Bingham University’s dedication to regulatory compliance and quality education, assuring the team of its readiness to meet all programme requirements.
Also present at the visit were Deputy Vice-Chancellor Professor Musa Dankyau, Registrar Mr Daburi Bello Misal, Director of Academic Planning Associate Professor Kingsley Okafor, and Director of Public Affairs Ms Monica Ankeli.
