The Ibrahim Babangida University, Lapai (IBBUL), Nasarawa State, has begun the 2025 promotion assessment exercise for its senior non-teaching staff.
Prof. Muhammad Hadi Sulaimon, the vice chancellor (VC), represented by Alhaji Idris Sale Kusherki, the registrar, opened the e-Library of Abubakar Gimba Library Complex.
The registrar said the exercise indicates the university’s commitment to merit-based advancement and staff development.
According to him, he examination aims to recognise hard work, professionalism, and dedication to duty among the staff.
He mentioned, “The University remains committed to fairness, transparency, and excellence in staff assessment and promotion. This exercise is a vital platform for staff to demonstrate competence and readiness for higher responsibilities.”
