INCOS-DE, Cambridge Partner on Training Model

The Institute of Negotiators, Community and Social Development Experts (INCOS-DE) has partnered with the Møller Institute at Cambridge University to improve professional training in negotiation and community development.

Kunle Yusuff, Executive Secretary and CEO of INCOS-DE, described the deal as a significant step toward creating affordable and high-quality training models based on global best practices. According to him, the partnership aims to design new training programmes, improve leadership skills, and make professional development more accessible for experts in various sectors.

Michael Cresswell, Director of Executive Education at Møller Institute, praised INCOS-DE’s vision and commitment to quality training. Also present at the launch of the collaboration was Prof. Paul Igwe, Global Advisor to INCOS-DE, who highlighted the positive impact the partnership will have on the professional space. Also included in the new partnership is a provision for INCOS-DE to invite Møller Institute leaders to its first board meeting and induction event in October 2025.
