Mr. Ukandu Eme Ukandu, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of FirstCap Limited, has described education as a powerful weapon to change the world.
Ukandu shared this information at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN), on Thursday, July 24, 2025, during its 54th Convocation Lecture themed “Education to Rise: From Struggle to Global Strength. He mentioned that education can help address several global issues, including health issues, poverty, economic inequality, and agricultural challenges.
At the lecture, Prof. Oguejiofo Ujam, the university’s acting vice chancellor, reaffirmed the administration’s commitment to nurturing talents, fostering innovation, and contributing to sustainable development nationwide.
