One of Nigeria’s oldest banks, Union Bank of Nigeria, has honoured the achievements of visually impaired students at Pacelli School for the Visually and Partially Sighted.
The recognition took place during their graduation on July 23, 2025. As part of its Edu360 initiative and UnionCares programme, the bank praised the students for their hard work and resilience. Union Bank’s Chief Brand and Marketing Officer, Olufunmilola Aluko, said the bank is proud to support people with disabilities and believes in equal education for all. She added, “We celebrate the success of these students and remain committed to helping them achieve their dreams.” Union Bank, which has served Nigeria for over 100 years, continues to show strong support for vulnerable groups through education and empowerment.
