Wigwe Varsity Commends Otuaro for Prioritising Education

Wigwe University, Delta, has lauded Dr Dennis Otuaro, Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), for his dedication to education and empowering youths in the Niger Delta. The institution described its partnership with the PAP team as a significant step that aligns with the vision of its late founder, Herbert Wigwe, who was deeply committed to education. The PAP-Wigwe University partnership will focus on offering PAP scholarship beneficiaries access to quality education. The university has, however, reaffirmed its commitment to reforming education and supporting initiatives that will empower the youths of the Niger Delta.
