Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua, has announced the departmental screening schedule for Higher National Diploma (HND) and National Diploma (ND) candidates for the 2025/2026 academic session. The exercise will take place from Wednesday, September 17, to Friday, September 19 2025, starting at 9:00 am daily.
Eligible candidates are required to report to their respective departments with original copies of their credentials. Documents needed include the acknowledgement slip, JAMB slip with photograph, JAMB online result, O’level results, birth certificate, and Local Government Area (LGA) certificate. HND applicants must also present a letter of completion for an industrial attachment.
Only bona fide candidates will be screened, and parents, guardians, and friends are advised to stay away from the screening venues. Successful candidates will receive departmental clearance before proceeding to pay acceptance and school fees at designated banks.
The names of candidates recommended for admission will be published online and forwarded to JAMB for the issuance of admission letters. Original credentials will be verified during the screening. Candidates are advised to ensure all required documents are complete for the exercise.
