Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU), Bauchi, has opened applications for its 2025 recruitment exercise, inviting qualified candidates to fill academic and non-teaching positions across various faculties and departments.
According to a statement by the university management, the online application portal — recruitment.atbu.edu.ng — will open on Monday, October 6, and close on Saturday, November 15, 2025.
Available academic roles include Senior Lecturer, Lecturer I, Lecturer II, and Assistant Lecturer, while non-teaching positions include Laboratory Technologist I and II. Vacancies cut across the faculties of Computing, Environmental Technology, Science, Veterinary Medicine, Clinical and Basic Medical Sciences, and the Dairy Research and Development Centre.
Applicants must hold relevant academic qualifications, professional certifications, and work experience suited to their chosen positions. Each candidate may apply for only one post, and only shortlisted applicants will be contacted for interviews.
All applications are to be submitted online, with required documents — including a CV, credentials, and a formal application letter — uploaded to the portal.
The university said the conditions of service for successful candidates will align with those obtainable in other federal universities.
