Demola Aladekomo, Group Chairman and CEO of ChamsCorp Plc
Six first-class graduates of KolaDaisi University have been offered employment by Demola Aladekomo, Group Chairman and CEO of ChamsCorp Plc, during the university’s 5th convocation on Thursday, October 6 2025.
The announcement was made at Agbeke Memorial Hall, where Aladekomo also delivered the commencement lecture, titled “Run Your Own Race”. He encouraged graduates to focus on developing their skills, remain disciplined, and avoid distractions, including those from social media.
“Focus is the discipline that turns dreams into reality,” he said, urging the students to use their talents to contribute meaningfully to society.
Aladekomo also praised the vision of the university’s founder, Chief Kola Daisi, CON, and advised staff to continue empowering students and supporting vulnerable communities.
The gesture highlights a growing trend of private sector engagement in Nigerian higher education, aimed at promoting employability and nurturing future leaders. The university said the initiative aligns with its commitment to academic excellence and preparing graduates for both national and global relevance.
