The Fidelity Bank Chapter of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) has inaugurated Mr. Audifax Onuoha as its new Chairman.
The event took place during the Chapter’s 4th Investiture and Patron Conferment Ceremony at Fidelity Bank’s head office in Lagos. Mr. Onuoha, who is the Group Head, Compliance Risk Management at Fidelity Bank, takes over from Mr. Victor Abejegah, the bank’s Chief Financial Officer.
In his speech, Mr. Onuoha promised to focus on continuous learning and technical skill development for ICAN members within the bank. He said this would help them stay ahead in today’s fast-changing financial sector. A chartered accountant with expertise in data science and anti-money laundering, Onuoha also pledged to strengthen the partnership between ICAN and Fidelity Bank while building on past achievements of the Chapter.
