Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State has been awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Science during a convocation ceremony held at a major university in the state on Sunday, July 20, 2025. The event, held at the university’s new stadium, was attended by top government officials, students, and members of the Adeleke family.
Governor Adeleke thanked the people of Osun for their support and promised to keep working hard for their welfare. He stated that his government had made significant progress in education, health, and infrastructure through innovation and dedication. Adeleke said the award serves as motivation to continue serving the state with even greater passion. He reminded the graduates to serve humanity with honesty and courage. The event also had the Pro-Chancellor, Dr Adedeji Adeleke, and the Speaker of the Osun House of Assembly in attendance. The convocation ended with cheers from students and guests.
