A five-member delegation from the Institute of Business and Knowledge Management (IBAKM) has paid a courtesy visit to Covenant University, Ota, to invite the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Timothy Anake, and other members of the university community to its forthcoming Induction and Award Ceremony.
The event, scheduled for the University’s Centre for Research, Innovation and Discovery (CRID) building, aims to celebrate individuals who have undergone rigorous training and examination before certification, according to IBAKM President, Professor Monday Anyairo. Welcoming the delegation, Covenant University Registrar, Mr. Emmanuel Igban, highlighted the institution’s commitment to raising visionary leaders and noted its consistent top rankings by global bodies such as Times Higher Education. He described the visit as an opportunity to strengthen collaboration and enhance visibility.
In his remarks, Professor Anake said the university values partnerships with organisations that share its mission of societal transformation. He confirmed his attendance at the ceremony and endorsed the event on behalf of the university. The IBAKM delegation included Dr John Izebere, Pastor Bitrus Joel, Deacon Joseph A., and Deacon Giwa Felix. Senior Covenant University officials were also present during the meeting.
