Professor Ishaq Oloyede, the Registrar and Chief Executive of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), has commissioned the 2023/2024 National AIDS Treatment Advocacy Project (NATAP) and 2024/2025 JAMB award project at Kaduna Polytechnic.
The medical laboratory building project was constructed for the Shehu Kangiwa Medical Centre to improve healthcare delivery at Kaduna Polytechnic.
Oloyede, speaking at the pre-commissioning and press briefing, appreciated the polytechnic’s management for its commitment to growth and development.
He added that the institution has received multiple awards for adhering to JAMB requirements, including for its open and inclusive admissions system.
The JAMB boss emphasised, “Kaduna Polytechnic should not thank JAMB for what it gets from it because the institution earned the award based on merit, stating that JAMB does not award contracts but gives awards to the institutions that deserve it.”
