Ahmed Ododo, the Governor of Kogi State, has offered automatic employment to 31 best graduating students of the Confluence University of Science and Technology (CUSTECH), Osara.
The governor offered employment during the university’s maiden convocation, which was held on Saturday, November 29, 2025. Congratulating the graduates, Ododo described them as a beacon of light to the families, the state, and the country.
Addressing them, he said, “I charge you to be global beaters and must exemplify the resilience that defined the establishment of this centre of higher learning by your individual contribution to the socio-economic development of the country.”
Ododo assured that the state will continue to bring together resources to grow the university through research and project sponsorship to improve infrastructure development and knowledge.
