The Sanguine Academy (TSA) has strengthened its drive for academic excellence and digital empowerment through a Data Analysis Masterclass held at the University of Ibadan (UI).
The one-day training, organised in collaboration with the Educational Management Students’ Association (EMSA UI Chapter), exposed participants to practical tools for research data analysis, digital learning, and analytics in education and business.
Speaking virtually from the United Kingdom, Adewale Stephen Olabamiji, founder of the TSA and PhD researcher at Cardiff University, emphasised the importance of data literacy in the modern economy. “Students and young professionals must see data as the language of innovation,” he said.
TSA’s Training and Development Lead, Adewale Olanrewaju, stated that the initiative aligns with the academy’s goal of bridging the gap between academic learning and professional relevance.
He noted that the Masterclass aligns with TSA’s mission to equip learners with high-demand analytical skills needed for global competitiveness. The event follows the academy’s previous I.T. Masterclass in Ogun State, which trained youths and corps members in digital and career-readiness skills.
