UNIDEL to Launch Postgraduate Programmes

The University of Delta is set to begin its postgraduate programmes as part of its academic growth plans. Professor Stella Chiemeke, the vice chancellor of the institution, noted that the programmes would commence after the institution’s convocation ceremony for its first set of graduates. Speaking about the challenges the institution has with securing land for the school’s expansion, she said, “To address this, the university has secured an additional expanse of land from the people of Mbiri.  “We are waiting for Council approval as to which programmes go where. However, I know that if we start postgraduate programmes, there will not be a land problem.”
