TruConnected, a Non-Governmental organisation, has donated 20 laptops to three tertiary institutions and secondary schools in Ondo State.
The NGO donated the devices to bridge the technology gap in education and encourage digital literacy. Kaye Kuye, the founder, in his remarks, said the NGO launched the initiative to promote inclusion in this digital age. The donation was done in collaboration with the Office of the Senior Special Adviser (SSA) to Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa on Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The NGO primarily focuses on reducing e-waste and providing access to training, resources, and technology to empower communities in Africa and North America.
