The Federal University of Agriculture and Development Studies, Iragbiji (FUADSI), has undergone significant renovations at its temporary takeoff site ahead of its official commencement in October 2025.
The facelift was carried out through the efforts of the Aragbiji of Iragbiji, His Royal Majesty Oba Abdur-Rasheed Ayotunde Olabomi Odundun IV, and the Iragbiji Development Association (IDA). Community leaders praised the initiative, describing it as a timely step toward providing a conducive environment for learning and research.
Speaking on the project, Oba Olabomi said the renovations were “a labour of love and duty to the future of Iragbiji and Nigeria,” stressing the role of education as a foundation for development. He assured that the community would continue to support FUADSI in all possible ways to ensure the university’s success and growth.
Stakeholders noted that the upgraded facility reflects the community’s commitment to creating a welcoming and functional space for students and staff as the institution prepares to formally open later this year.
